What is prorated billing?
A prorated charge is seen on a statement whenever service and/or features are initiated, added, or changed to an account. You are billed by the day until your first full monthly billing cycle begins. For example, if you enroll in a plan that allocates 500 daytime minutes per month, then your plan covers approximately 16 minutes per day (500 min/31 days). You will incur additional usage charges for any minutes used thereafter.
What should I expect on my first bill?
Billing starts from the day of activation. A customer is billed by day until their first full monthly billing cycle begins (this is known as prorated billing). A customer's first invoice will include the prorated monthly access charge (which is the price of the plan you enrolled in), any additional usage costs, one full month's access charge, plus the activation fee.
When do my Free Unlimited Night and Weekend Minutes begin?
Depending on your plan, your Free Unlimited Night and Weekend Minutes begin at 9:00pm (Monday - Thursday 9:00pm - 5:59am; Friday 9:00pm - Monday 5:59am). You can verify this by looking at your most recent bill or by calling TouchTone Customer Service at 800-266-4006.
What are "Included Minutes"?
“Included Minutes” are the minutes included in the calling plan that you have selected. You will be charged for any minutes over your “Included Minutes” (which vary depending on your calling plan).
When a wireless phone calls another wireless phone, whose minutes are used (who is charged)?
Both the outgoing and the incoming calls are chargeable. However, many TouchTone plans offer unlimited Mobile-to-Mobile calling. This means, if a TouchTone mobile phone calls another TouchTone mobile phone on the TouchTone Network within the Continental U.S., neither party will be charged (regardless of the minutes used).

Do I need to install additional software to use my BlackBerry®?
Unless you would like to use additional applications and e-mail services, an operating system is already pre-installed on your BlackBerry®. Though it's optional if you are using the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server (BES), it is recommended that you also install the BlackBerry® Desktop Software (for Windows only) on the same computer that you are using to read your Exchange mail using Microsoft Outlook. You can use your Desktop Software to load new versions of the device's operating system and to complete backups; as well as troubleshooting and to activate devices unable to do so wirelessly. If you use the Desktop Redirector, you must install the Desktop Software.
Note: PocketMac for BlackBerry® is a limited functioning Macintosh client that can be used to sync Entourage or MacMail with your BlackBerry®. Software PC emulators for either Macintosh or Linux operating systems may not connect properly with a BlackBerry's® cradle.
Where can I go to download BlackBerry® desktop and server software, applications and other services?
You can install and run software on your desktop PC by visiting BlackBerry's® official website, or to view a list of applications,
