TouchTone "Business Essentials" Agent Program
Business-Class, Mobile, and Wireless AirCard Service and Equipment FREE for a Year |

“Business Essentials Premium” Program: Qualified Agents will receive 12 months of free service for two TouchTone business-class phones (including two free DIDs, either new or ported), one mobile phone, and one wireless AirCard. Equipment includes two IP phones, one wireless AirCard and choice of either a cellular phone, BlackBerry® or Smartphone. To qualify, an Agent must submit NEW monthly “voice” services that are billing a minimum of $10,000 per month by the end of the Promotional Period, which concludes with TouchTone’s February 28, 2011 Billing Cycle.
“Business Essentials Basic” Program: Qualified Agents will receive 12 months of free service for any one of the three products offered in the “Premium” program. Agents will have the option to choose EITHER two TouchTone business-class phones, or one mobile phone, or one wireless AirCard. For the one product chosen, both service and equipment will be included. To qualify, an Agent must submit NEW monthly “voice” services that are billing a minimum of $2,500 per month by the end of the Promotional Period, which concludes with TouchTone’s February 28, 2011 Billing Cycle.
Promotion Period: September 8, 2010 - February 28, 2011 (the “Promotion Period”).

“Voice” services, as indicated above, includes Dedicated and Switched Voice Service,
|
| |
Wireless/Cellular Plans, SIP Trunking and Hosted IP PBX. |
|
New voice services are defined as the Usage and Monthly Recurring Charges associated with the |
|
“voice” products defined above, and excludes local loops, taxes and other regulatory fees. Renewals or moves of existing TouchTone customers do not qualify. |
|
This program applies to new customers accounts only. Customers are considered “new” customers if the |
| |
ANIs or circuits listed on the new Service Agreement for their account are not, and have not in the past, been registered with TouchTone. If any “new” customer ANIs or circuits have previously, or currently exist in TouchTone’s records as having had, or currently have TouchTone Service, those customers will not be eligible for this program. |

The free service(s) will begin once the minimum new business requirements are met. |

The Agent must complete all corresponding Service Agreements and related forms for |
| |
each product in order to begin the free promotional service(s). |
|
The Agent will be sent a monthly invoice showing zero balances due for usage and services related
|
| |
to this promotion. Otherwise, credits will be issued to zero out all charges for usage and services related to this promotion. |
|
The Agent will be responsible to pay for all ancillary charges that may arise on each product and |
| |
which may include charges such as roaming, international calling, directory assistance charges, 900 calls, etc. The Agent is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes. |
|
This Program is in addition to TouchTone’s standard commissions. Pricing and commissions |
| |
differ from product to product. Please refer to the rate and commission sheets for details. |

Business-Class Phone Service: Includes two IP phones, two DIDs (phone numbers) which can be |
| |
either new or ported, and unlimited inbound and outbound calling within the continental U.S.
and Canada. |

Wireless Phone Service: Wireless service includes unlimited talk, text and data. |
 |
Wireless AirCard: Wireless AirCard service includes unlimited 3G/4G wireless data access in |
| |
TouchTone’s coverage area. |
