TouchTone VoIP is 911/E911 compliant, a helpful feature that provides customers with reliable access to emergency 911 services where available. 911 calls are automatically routed to designated Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) such as local or county police, fire, and rescue departments.

When you first enroll, you will provide us with the name, address and location of the information that you would like forwarded to your PSAP.

Important message about moves or changes in address: If you are moving or planning to use your adapter while traveling, you must update your 911 address information.
