Meet Our Executive Team

Pino Bio
President and Co-Founder

A hands-on President, Pino leads by example and is actively involved in the day-to-day business activities and operations of TouchTone. He is responsible for the company's overall vision and strategy, including new product development. He co-founded the company with Greg Glodek in 1993 as a means to provide reliable long distance solutions to residential customers. The start-up company quickly evolved, and now delivers voice, data and VoIP services via its proprietary network and through multiple Tier 1 service providers to residential, business, government and wholesale customers across the United States.

Ken McCormack
Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Ken has been active in the telecommunications industry for more than 20 years. As TouchTone's Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Ken manages, oversees and helps to develop the company's retail and wholesale sales divisions. Ken was formerly Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Zone Telecom where he started the company's enterprise business team. He was responsible for increasing revenue more than $3.5 million per month. Previous to Zone, Ken was Regional Vice President of the northeast region of Global Crossing Communications where he worked his way from an entry-level sales representative to vice president. Ken was responsible for five sales offices and managed everything from sales to service to provisioning.

Gary Glodek
Senior Vice President, Retail Services

Gary joined TouchTone in 1993 and has been an integral part of growing the company into what it has become today. As Senior Vice President of Retail Services he is responsible for TouchTone's day-to-day operations, including new product development and implementation, and overseas customer service and support across all product lines. His previous management background and industry experience has given him the foundation necessary to develop TouchTone's operational infrastructure, as well as create the flexibility and scalability that will allow for the company's continued future growth.

Marcello Anzalone
Chief Financial Officer

Marcello's experience as a senior financial professional includes varied experience in a number of different industries, including over 10 years in the telecommunications sector. Joining TouchTone in 2001 as the company's Chief Financial Officer, Marcello oversees the company’s everyday financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, auditing and revenue assurance.
