With the Voice Mail to E-Mail feature, voice mail can be accessed from any phone, via your online account/Web Portal, and through e-mail. When you choose to forward voice mail to e-mail, messages are sent as spoken messages via an audio (.wav) file. You can play your messages through your PC without ever touching a phone.
