When you connect to the Internet, the speeds that you will experience will vary based on a variety of factors, including:
1. Distance to your provider’s central office
2. Computer configuration
3. Network or Internet congestion
4. Server and router speeds of the Web sites you access
5. Other factors

What equipment is required? Do I need to purchase a modem or any other equipment?
For T-1 connections, customers will be responsible for providing a router with a CSU/DSU port already built-in or provide a separate CSU/DSU unit.
